1. Appropriate Use

WryTour AI is not directed to children under 13. Users are responsible for ensuring that content generated through their chosen AI providers is appropriate for their own use and for any audiences they share it with.

2. App Store Compliance

WryTour AI is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the app is also subject to the respective app store's terms and conditions. In the event of conflict, the app store's terms will govern.

3. Service Description

WryTour AI is a mobile frontend application that allows you to:

• Create and manage AI character cards
• Connect to your own AI service providers
• Store data locally on your device
• Import compatible character card formats

WryTour AI does not itself provide AI services or generate content. All AI responses come from the third-party providers you configure.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

WryTour AI does NOT collect, store, or have access to any of your data. All character cards, conversations, and API keys are stored locally on your device. We cannot see, access, or retrieve any information you create or use within the app.

5. API Key Security

Your API keys are stored securely on your device using industry-standard encryption. WryTour AI never transmits or has access to your API keys.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your own API usage and associated costs
• Complying with your AI provider's terms of service
• The content you create and import
• Maintaining appropriate use of AI services

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use WryTour AI for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful content
• Violating third-party rights
• Circumventing app store policies

8. Limitation of Liability

WryTour AI provides the app "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app or the content you generate from third-party AI services.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms as needed for app store compliance or legal requirements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
